Anna Jadowska

Anna Jadowska is a TV films and feature films director. She made her debut with a feature Touch Me, co-directed with Ewa Stankiewicz. The film won the Grand Prix of the Independent Film Competition at the 2003 Polish Film Festival in Gdynia and was presented at the 2004 Berlin IFF. Soon after, her short film Korytarz was shown at the Cannes IFF in the Europe in Shorts X: Eastern Europe section. In 2017 her film Wild Roses had its premiere at the T-Mobile New Horizons in Wrocław, then won the Stockholm Impact Award at the Stockholm IFF and won the Main Competition at the Festival of East European Cinema, Cottbus. The first screening of her most recent film, Woman on the Roof, took place at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival as part of the International Narrative Competition
