A story of two young artists, Patryk and Maria, whose first serious adult relationship becomes a mirror of their past experiences. The film is a portrait of the youngest generation of Poles immersed in therapy culture - a generation acutely aware of their emotions, invested in mental health, and committed to anti-violence ideals. On the flip side, this intense “over-therapobjectification” significantly alters how young people build relationships. As Maria and Patryk battle their fear of intimacy, they radically embrace mindfulness, authenticity, and honesty, while rejecting irony and emotional distance. The film also takes a close look at a new, tender masculinity that breaks away from historically oppressive and toxic patterns. Tenderness is the new punk!
