Become a volunteer at the 51st PFF

You love Polish cinema and everything to do with it? You enjoy getting involved in voluntary work? Are you interested in working with fascinating people? Would you like to find out how one of Poland’s biggest film festivals is organised? Or perhaps you have a long summer holiday or some outstanding annual leave to use up?

We are now recruiting volunteers who will gain experience during the 51st edition of the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. Applications are open until 30th June 2026.

Who are the organisers of the 51st PFF looking for?
The ideal volunteers are people who:

– are available from 19th to 27th September 2026 for at least 6 hours a day (essential!)

– are responsible, well-organised and punctual,

– are open-minded, willing to help and flexible,

– are committed and ready to take on challenges.

Experience of volunteering at cultural events is welcome, but not essential.

We offer:

– a 15-point accreditation for film screenings at the 51st PFF

– a hot meal during the day

– festival T-shirts

– a reference letter after the Festival ends

The 51st Polish Film Festival will take place from 21st to 26th September 2026 in Gdynia.
